The Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT) credential through the American Medical Technologists (AMT) is a nationally recognized certification for phlebotomists. It validates your skills and knowledge to perform venipuncture and related procedures in a clinical setting.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

Before applying for the exam, ensure you meet the following:

Completed an approved phlebotomy training program (such as R&S United Health Services)
Proof of clinical hours or work experience (if applicable)
High school diploma or equivalent

Note: R&S United Health Services students are pre-qualified if they’ve completed our phlebotomy program and final exam.

🎓 After You Pass

Upon passing the exam, you’ll be officially certified as a Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT-AMT). You’ll receive your certificate by mail and be listed in the AMT professional registry.
